I’m Shanice Pereira — an independent theatre artist, arts administrator and an arts-based IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) consultant. I collaborate on projects that value accessible practices in the arts, center dynamic stories from perspectives that have not been heard before, and engage audiences and communities with community driven practice that centers marginalized voices. I am focused on engaging groups large and small with gentle leadership to bring out the best in every team and create exciting new work.
